Program
Overview
LeadershipUAR
is a leadership training course designed by the Utah Association
of REALTORS® to teach REALTORS® the skills that
will help them succeed as association and community leaders.
Following graduation, the program provides REALTORS®
with leadership opportunities at the Utah Association of
REALTORS® and at local REALTOR® boards.
Five
Program Retreats
LeadershipUAR
is a nine-month program consisting of five educational retreats.
The retreats are held in different locations around Utah
so participants experience a variety of learning environments.
These retreats consist of lectures, discussions and activities,
which provide participants with an interactive forum for
learning and practicing leadership skills.
The
one- to three-day retreats are held in January, February,
April, June and September.

Graduation
A graduation
ceremony will be held for LeadershipUAR participants after
the final retreat in September. Participants must attend
all of the retreats in order to graduate.
Tuition
Tuition
for the program is $1,250, which includes training sessions,
meals, overnight accommodations, speaker fees and instructional
materials. Transportation to and from the retreat is the
participant's responsibility.
