Estate Coalition for Cooperative Business Practices
is an organization committed to finding common-sense
solutions to issues that affect all parties involved
in a "managed move" real estate transaction,
and to promote consistent practices, regulations and
legislation through communication and education. Coalition
members have pledged to abide by the policies that
support these solutions.
The
Interchange
The Coalition's "Interchange"
was created to facilitate the communication of after-the-fact
referral fee concerns and the collection of information
that will aid in the Coalition's efforts. The objective
of the Interchange is to ensure swift and equitable
problem resolution by bringing the issue to the attention
of the appropriate senior
executive from employers and relocation service firms.
REALTOR®
is a registered membership mark which may be used only by real estate
professionals who are
members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and subscribe to
its strict Code of Ethics.
