EDUCATION CERTIFICATES
Many
times, members will call and explain that they did not
receive or have lost a certificate for a class they have
attended. Replacement certificates can be obtained by
contacting the UAR. The fee for a replacement certificate
is $10.00. You can either mail a check to us, pay by credit
card, or pay by cash. If you mail a check or pay with
a credit card by phone, we will mail your duplicate certificate
to you as soon as possible. You may also choose to come
to our office and pick up your certificate the same day.
If you opt to visit us, please call first so we may do
research and prepare your certificate.
Note:
You may only obtain a duplicate certificate if we have
your signature on a sign-in sheet for the class you attended.
Please make sure to ALWAYS sign in when attended Continuing
Education classes.
